We stand behind the quality and handmade craftsmanship of all Divalee Design jewelry. All products are covered by a LIMITED WARRANTY. If the product is determined within 7 days to have a manufacturer's defect, we will repair or replace at no cost. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipping, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.

We are glad to exchange or issue a credit for any item(s) that you are not completely happy with, within 7 days of the shipping date as long as the item(s) is unworn and in new condition. All credits will be issued to the customers via email. Credit codes may be redeemed at any time. No credit to credit cards will be allowed. The item must be returned to Divalee Designs in its original unused condition (including attached tags) via a major carrier with insurance. Returns which arrive after 7 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds do not include shipping charges.

Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for a return authorization number before you ship any package to us. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. All sales are final after 30 days. Remember that the slight imperfections resulting from the use of natural stones enhances the beauty of our pieces.
